Cocky, arrogant, hotheaded & egotistical. Bit of a live wire, he's unpredictable and dangerous, always getting into trouble, breaking the law and getting into fights. Direct and hard-working, he's the kind to keep trying until something succeeds. Surprisingly optimistic about life, he doesn't really know when to quit. Add on his bullheadedness and stubborn streak, he's not someone to mess with. Not the merciful type, but startlingly honourable, he does not appreciate people backing out from their word or promise - to him, that is more than the law. Though hotblooded, he is quite patient with those he considers friends or family, though he's not really much nicer. He easily garners respect from those around him despite his faults, as he is well educated and intelligent and will use that to his advantage. He just prefers to use brawn over brains if he can.

Lives in a City. Kinda.
Kinda futuristic and yet also the part of the city he lives in is like the 'underground' and if you didn't know the rest of the city it'd seem almost.... post-apocalyptic? I guess you'd say
Winters are brutal ad harsh, but the city doesn't get much snow usually except where he lives on the outskirts. Many people freeze to death in the outskirts and it's literally a fight or resources of warmth amongst the homeless or poor.
Summers are humid and extreme. Sunstroke, overheating and exhaustion are commonplace. Wearing extra clothing(above the bare essentials) can literally become a death sentence on bad days.
