Personality          

Dull and unenthusiastic, Iso can be a very great poor conversationalist and a bit of a bore to most. Prefers not to interact more than he has to and likes to keep his distance to just being polite at best. He's smarter than he looks but squanders it and doesn't say why, instead tries to get himself to work hard at his same job so he doesn't have to go anywhere else. Has a bad habit of forgetting people's feelings and can be rather dismissive of issues.

Bio          

Iso always showed great promise and intelligence from birth, something of which his family was happy to show off as much of as they could to their few friends that lived in the same ring. They could not make it much further from the lower class on their own so they put as much love and teaching into him as they could in hopes that he could do better, and that he did. He was much more personable as a child, full of energy and warmth but also had some bratty snaps now and then. He only had one friend that he managed to keep truly close in his life, and as they both began to transition into working life some of his opinions of people began to sour and even his treatment of his family lowered more often than he would like to admit in his weariness. He wanted to keep pushing further, to go higher and reach further than anyone in his family before and he did not think of who he was doing it for or those he was pushing down along the way. They had originally planned to keep going together, but this caused an air choked with tension between them and through questionable circumstances she fell into a disastrous accident that left her unable to do her most beloved job again. Iso fled immediately after, too petrified of the condition he'd seen her in to have any hope of her coming back from it and resumed his life elsewhere. He did his best to smother his urges of going higher and opted instead to keep a steady position at the port to manage the shipments, checking that everything is correct and also working in customer relations (his least favorite part). He still daydreams of it, but a part of him always jerks back immediately before it can go any further.
