Marina could be described as ditzy, excitable, easily entertained, gullible, naive and lazy, but if it was up to her, she would describe herself as energetic, empathetic and funny. Thanks to that, she is able to be a social butterfly at times. But she also needs her time to charge up her battery when things become too much. Making friends with people and acting like a beakon of light for everyone around her is what her purpose in life is. Due to her experiences with life she has a lot of motherly advice to give and a lot of people come to her for help because of that.
She has a great sense of humour, although it has to be in the moment, and not asked of her. Because when asked to crack a joke, Marina will probably make such a lame joke nobody on planet earth could be caught laughing. It's usually in the spurt of the moment when she comes up with something good. Usually she won't even realise that she did.

Appearance
She used to have her strawberry blonde hair short as a teenager, but let it grow out by the time she had reached 20. Giving her a longer hairstyle. But when she turned 25, she cut her hair back to donate the clippings to make a wig out of. She has bright grey eyes, and a pear body shape. She dresses in kpop inspired outfits on stage, but can be seen wearing hoodies, sweatpants and her glasses while at home. Marina used to be kind of a tomboy growing up. Though she always hid her feminine side from the world. So she was never seen wearing dresses untill people forced her into them, but after a while it grew on her. Nowadays you'll probably see her wearing a dress or a skirt every other day of the week.

Backstory
When she was 14 years old, Marina moved to California from The Netherlands together with her parents and her two little sisters, leaving behind her older brother who was already in college at that point. Thanks to her dad, Marina gets to go and take dance and music classes. There, she learns Jazz ballet and how to play (electric) guitar and a little piano & flute. After finally being settled (because Marina was VERY opposed to coming to America) her father has a traffic accident, causing her to lose him. Her mother also becoming less and less mentally stable in the process. The situation at her home becomes very unsafe, with her mother now sleeping with random men never introduced to Marina and her sisters.
After turning 17, Marina and her best friends aquire a camera with which they record their band and dance preformances and upload them onto Youtube where they find fame after a while. Their band called "Angels INC." would gather thousands upon millions of fans from all around the world, turning their small little garage band into a real company managing a girl pop group. Thanks to the monetary backing from her new job, Marina can afford to move out of her family home.

After settling in Cali, Marina meets a girl at school who at first seems to be a little bit of a closed book. But after sitting next to her in biology class, they become friends. Together they start a band, because as it turns out, Ashley knows how to play the (bass) guitar

Despite being 3 years younger than Marina, do not be fooled by her cold and silent behaviour. She is just unable to speak at times, making Marina function as her mouth. She can and she WILL crush everyone in Super Smash Bros. Marina wishes she'd try out different games too sometimes.

Songwriter buddy/good friend
Valentina helps Marina out with the songwriting for the group. Together they focus on writing songs that uplift young woman. They become a well oiled machine and manage to put out multiple songs in a relatively short amount of time. If this is a good or a bad thing, is up to the audience. Valentina was born Mexican and moved to California after hitting it big with her songs.

What does Marina think of the "influencers" living in Cali?
It really depends on the person. Though she prefers not to get into drama with people who like to pretend their life is better than others. It usually ends up to be a very bad pitfall. Most of the ones that are only in it for the money and fame are the ones Marina would rather avoid. She doesn't beat around the bush about it either. When she doesn't like someone she will quite frankly just not talk to them. Some people just aren't meant to be friends, and it's ok.

Does she write ALL of the songs?
No, although she used to. But now that they have a much bigger budget, Angels INC. can afford to hire some more producers and songwriters who help them write the music for their music videos.

What kind of content does Angels INC. do besides music videos and concerts?
Angels INC. has their own Twitch stream team and a virtual idol division. They also do sketch comedy from time to time. The activities on their second channel are videogames, party games and other "offline" activities. It usually includes Marina recording her pranking multiple members on a slow Monday morning. Yes, Nerf gun fights and loud music jam sessions are very good for team building.

What would her job have been if she didn't find fame online?
Thankfully Marina has been to college to study design. So she would've most likely be into that by now. Finishing her school was important to her, because it would be a safety net to her if her online fame didn't work out. despite all this, recently she has started to study pshycology because it fasinated her so much.

- ● Marina owns a dog, who is not only her companion but also her service dog!
- ● Besides her service dog she also has an old adopted cat from the shelter and two birds who are inseperable.
- ● Often she tries to pick up a new hobby, and a new project to work on. But fails to finish it. Either that or she couldn't do it perfectly right away, got mad at herself and gave up.
- ● When nobody is around, Marina likes to clean her house with her music set to max volume. (While also singing along to it)
- ● Marina's favourite things to do at home are crochet, painting and cooking & baking
- ● Though besides crochet she isn't the best at any of them. She's getting there, though.
