***He has tanned skin, he's the sun kissed prince of a small nation, and has a dark complextion

His name is Halogen and he's especially volatile. He is lazy, compulsive,has a short attention span, looks down on others, sadistic when prompted usually just lazy as hell. His tattoos move around on his body like smoke and when he needs to fight he can turn them into smoke and manifest them in his hand as any halogen element, usually as fluoride since that's is so volatile that it can make glass catch on fire (yay!) So becasue of that he's the best worst, he's too flashy assassin around and has no friends becasue everyone is terribly afraid of him.When he's calm and when needed he can turn his tattoos into iodine to treat infections. 

He's a prince of a small middle eastern country and he travles with Al and he travles the middle east and Japan. Al is the head kight of the kingdom and he's Hal's babysitter protector and travels with him.
