Biography

 

Water's Reverie Timeline

He is the emperor's brother (duke prince). He is angry that his brother snatched the crown prince title from him and became emperor. And on the surface support his brother when he became emperor, but is plotting to take over the throne by creating his own faction among the nobles/army.

He originally planned to marry Sera when he became emperor but after his brother became emperor, Sera married Ken, the emperor's general. Ju-long never admitted his feelings towards Sera until after she marries and moves on, but he isn't able to move on and hopes to win her heart and break apart their marriage.
