In regards to making offers outside of my EO tags

Since there was multiple people who asked about it I decided to make a bulletin about it!

First of all thank you very much for the polite inquiries c:
I had put the rule of designs that are not tagged as EO are not opened to offers because I had multiple bad incidents occurring
as the people offered were unhappy that I wasn't interested in a trade since I preferred my OC over theirs.

If you are totally open to the fact that OCs that are not tagged under 'EO' are extremely difficult to get your hands on,
and understand that I would prefer my OC over the designs offered, I am completely fine with you making an offer on them.
Please don't be angry that I would prefer my OC over yours... If you do then I do not foresee any future of us ever trading :c

I'm also fine with DMs/ comments on the topic of "if you ever resell could you notify me for so-and-so character", though there's a high chance I may forget so I apologize in advance-
That's all I wanna say!

TL;DR as long as you understand that the chance of getting an OC that's not tagged as EO from me is extremely difficult, it is totally fine to offer for them!
However if you come off as being rude still then I will close off any talks of trades with you in the future, please understand! :c
