Mostly procreate, for artworks older than half a year it’s SAI. For brushes I can’t really tell as I don’t know creators credits, but it’s always flat textured ones!

Sorry the answer took so long! Unfortunately I am very picky about characters designs and for me to find a char I REALLY want is a miracle, so usually I don’t buy any
