▸ You are prohibited from using any of my artwork or creations for AI or AI training technology.

▸ I reserve the right, as the artist, to showcase the art I have created for you on websites such as, but not limited to; DeviantArt, Tumblr, instagram, and Discord.
▸ I reserve the right, as the artist, to deny your order or request without stating a reason.
▸ I reserve the right, as the artist, to work on commissions in an order I deem fit.
▸ Please contact me ([email protected]) for inquiries in regards to commercial and for-profit use; be sure to include ‘Commercial / For Profit’ in the subject of the email, and outline your plans for said artwork or character design.

Blockchain Policy:

▸ I do not create or participate in any blockchain-related technology. If the project is used as such, I will respond with appropriate legal action and demand monetary compensation.
▸ I do not accept Crypto Currencies and I do not endorse NFTs.
▸ You may NOT utilize my work for NFTs, even if commercial rights are purchased. I will seek legal recourse.

Regarding Adoptables and Freebies

▸ You MAY use my art to increase the value of your adopt where applicable, but only by the amount that you paid for it or less. (NOTE: If the original adopt artist DOES NOT ALLOW value increases, this DOES NOT APPLY.)
▸ Art that was done as a gift, part of a Toyhouse game, from an Art Fight Event, or any other ‘freebie’ means holds no value whatsoever and cannot be used to increase the value of a character.
▸ You may use my designs for commercial purposes, but not the artwork. For example, you may commission or create art of said design and utilize that art for your commercial or for-profit needs.
▸ You may not use my artwork to create merchandise or advertisements.

Additional Information

▸ I will always place commissions before personal projects or gifts (excluding studies), but the time to completion may vary between a few days to a month or more. While an extended period is not always needed, you will be contacted and informed of any delays. I am very careful about not taking on more than I can complete in a set amount of time, and you can always check my queue or reach out with any questions.
▸ You receive one WIP sketch, to ensure everything is to your liking. If you wish for more, you may request them at no additional charge. However, please note that I will not move forward with your commission unless you have confirmed the WIP.

Refunds

▸ You may request a refund via a cancellation so long as I have not started your commission. Otherwise, unless in dire circumstances, refunds are not allowed.
