[Usage]

- Commissions are for personal use ONLY. 

- Further inquiries are to be made for commercial work.

- My work is not to be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.

- My work is not to be used to train any Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs. 

ARTWORK RIGHTS

• I have a full right over my artwork, including the right to post the artwork(with watermark) on the site and part of my portfolio.
• Do not claim the design or artwork as yours.
• The commissioner is not permitted to edit, trace, or redraw my art.
• Nor to sell and make merchandise(exclude commercial work).
• Don't sell/mint in NFT
• Give credit as B0yada
• If you do not want the work to be published, please notify me in advance.

COMMERCIAL WORK

• Same as artwork rights.
• Commercial use has an additional price x2.5 from the personal price.
• The commissioner is not permitted to edit, trace, or redraw my art without my consent. 
• This type of work is the work that has been donated or engaged in business, including Logo/Banner/Book cover/making merchant, etc.
• If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
  
  The following is considered Copyright infringement:
  -Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (Meaning making money from it in any way).
  - Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork. Removing any watermarks/signatures. 
  - Altering the artwork without my, the artist‘s, consent.

ORDERING & PROCESS

• After you request the commission, you have to send me the order form.
• NSFW will cost an extra +30% of the original price.
• Reference must be clear and full color including extra items and props. There will be an additional price for the design of extra items and props.
• After the sketch is done, the commissioner is asked whether or not any changes should be done. After the sketch is approved, no changes will be made to the final drawing unless I got some wrong details.
• Urgent work can be done with extra payment.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commissions for any reason.
• If there is a previous queue I will contact you after the previous job is done.

PAYMENT

PAYPAL (USD)

• Payment should be sent in full after I finish the sketch.
• If payment has not been received within THREE DAYS, your commission will be canceled.
• Must attach proof of transfer every time.
  
  

ADOPTS 

General TOS:

• Once obtained, resale/retrade is allowed 2 weeks after the purchase.
• The character should not be resold for a higher price than obtained unless added extra commissioned art. 
• Small changes to the design are - ok, as long as it still looks like something I would draw.
• The commercial fee might change depending on the situation but usually is half of the characters' worth.
