Obsessed with her own beauty and buying the latest products from her favorite brands to post about them online and never wear them again, Mimi believes herself to be the standard that all girls should look up to. However, underneath all those layers of makeup hides a competitive spirit who hates being challenged, leading to her becoming violent toward women she deems prettier than her. So full of herself that she doesn't realize what she's doing is harmful until being literally told to her face, Mimi will still deny that she did anything wrong afterward. She also curses, a lot.

A blob-like stand similar in nature to Yellow Temperance, although it manifests through the makeup either already on Mimi's body or what she keeps in her bag. Also like Yellow Temperance, Roman Holiday gives Mimi the ability to copy the appearance and voice of her stand's target. However, the biggest weakness of Roman Holiday's effect is getting wet, which washes away the makeup-like stand from Mimi's body. A sub-ability of Roman Holiday, named Starships, activates when Mimi takes out her lipstick, allowing her to either use it as a dagger that has a bubbling acid-like side effect when cutting into anything. Starships can only manifest with pink lipstick.
