He has two large 5 foot wings that allow him to fly. The downside is that the wings aren't as attached to his body as any other part, so it takes two times longer to heal if it ever gets hurt. This can cause a lot of problems for the villain because, even though he has an extremely fast metabolism, the healing for his wings is half as fast as a normal person's healing. This means that if his wings get hurt, it can take a lot of weeks, months, or sometimes even half a year to heal.

He also has lasers that can range in power. His smallest beam, which doesn't do any damage and works more like a flashlight rather than a weapon, can be maintained indefinitely. His most powerful beam is the most destructive, and can take out a huge building in the matter of seconds, but can only be maintained for that long before he doesn't have any more energy to do any kind of laser. His most powerful beam takes about 24 hours to regain enough energy to do any type of smaller laser, and up to a week to recover the most powerful. It's a huge sliding scale where the more powerful the beam, the less he can use it and the longer he has to wait before he can use his lasers again.

Those aren't his only powers. He also has super hearing and eyesight, which can get in the way if somewhere is too loud or too bright, but is useful to detect others sneaking up on him and see long distance. Unfortunately, he can't taste or smell anything, which makes food less of a delicious thing and more of a 'I don't care what I eat as long as it gets me through the day and I don't get sick'. He also has a super fast metabolism, which makes him heal faster at the expense of needing to eat more food more frequently.
