Vokais (pronounced Voe-kay) is an angel living in the slums of the Angelic Realm. He is a self-proclaimed reporter who always chases newspapers around to publish his newest scoop. However, It's been a while since anyone has actually published one of his works (due to how dangerous they have been in the past). Even so, he won't stop investigating peculiar matters.

This "investigation" of his has given him a lot of issues to deal with, due to how easily he runs off the mouth. Words slip, accusations are thrown and so he is involved in a lot of street fights, which leave scars on top of scars on his body. He covers most of them with bandages, as he cannot afford proper treatment. 

Lately this little "detective" got in a world of trouble after he discovered leads concerning the mafia plaguing the town. What a clueless idiot, seriously.
