A cheerful and outgoing young prisoner. They don't seem upset about being in MILGRAM, and usually don't ask many questions about it. Despite their carefree attitude, Hikaru is a perfectionist, taking great care in the way they interact with the other prisoners and the guard. Their presence inside the prison can both clarify and obscure things.
Now that they face judgement, they hope to get the chance to redeem by getting the harshest punishment posible."I hope to be found guilty. That's what I deserve, after all~"

Since Haruka struggles with communication, they took the charge to try and help him to get along with the other prisoners.
"Haru-kun... He's so shy, so I hope he feels comfortable around me~"
Hikaru and Yuno get along well. However, Hikaru has more things in common with others prisoners.
"I enjoy talking to Yuno sometimes!"
Hikaru dislikes agressive people, so having someone hot-headed like Futa is stressful for them. They prefer to stay away.
"Who told him that being angry all the time was cool? So noisy..."
Even if Mu is rather timid, Hikaru likes to spend time with her. Hikaru thinks she's a good girl, but something about her troubles them...
"Mu-chan is so cute! We have a lot of things in common, too~"
Shidou is way older and not as emotional as them, so Hikaru feels a bit intimidated by him. However, they think he's nice.
"He looks like a serious person, but I believe he has a kind heart."
Mahiru is the prisoner which resembles Hikaru the most. They love to spend time with her, and feels renovated after talking.
"I think she's my friend. We usually hang out a lot~ She's nice to be around!"
Hikaru doesn't dislike Kazui, but since he's an adult they fear he will start scolding them if they do anything wrong.
"Kazui is a lot older, so it's a bit scary. It's like talking with my dad."
Hikaru and Amane aren't as close, but Hikaru firmly believes that little children shouldn't be placed with someone like them. And when that kid is someone as Amane, they can't help but feel confused.
"Amane is a child, she shouldn't be here..."
Mikoto's personality makes Hikaru feel at ease. His constant efforts to maintain things calm inside MILGRAM lead Hikaru to believe Mikoto is someone admirable.
"I like talking to him! He's always friendly, and his smile is so warm."
Kotoko's more rational personality drive Hikaru away, since they're afraid she might dislike them.
"She seems like a cold person, and maybe she's too blunt for me..."
Hikaru has no special feelings for the guard. They feel relieved that they're not agressive or excesively mean with other prisoners, and only expect him to make the right judgement.
"I trust they will make the right choice."
