Not really sure what this creature is, I was doodling this thinking about a mythical creature that lives in fabled or superstitious spots out at sea (e.g., the Bermuda Triangle); it walks on water, and the triangles rotate and glow around the horn and tail. It can change color like an octopus to better blend into its in environment, whether on the surface of water or submerged deep within it.
