The guard district serves as a safe haven for the world of Strannosti.  Here, protective, sketchy medical, financial, and etc. services, can be found in abundance. It's a very safe place to live. Kind of almost...boring though. There are not many entertainment venues or amenities. Follow the lives of the folk who keep this place afloat.
