Term of service
ART COMMISSION TERM OF SERVICE
breaking my term will result in public blacklisting.
1. GENERAL TERMS
- do not copy, reference, trace my art and designs
- do not use my art if you haven't paid for it
- i have the right to decline your commission, without giving you a specific reason
- there will be no refund, please be 100% sure before you order
2. PAYMENT AND PRICES
- payment via paypal in USD
- I will send you an invoice, after we have agreed on the price. do not send me anything before that
- payment must be paid upfront, however, i accept 50/50 payment for commission above $200
- the listed prices of the commissions are base prices and for private use only. commercial usage will cost 2-4 times more, depending on the commercial type
- you will get a 20% discount if you commission me for the character I designed
3. RIGHT AND CREDITS
- i won't use or copy sources/bases/outfits/designs that you do not have the right to use
- when reposting, never delete or hide my credits. please link them back to my account accordingly
- the commissioner/purchaser may use the artwork/premades for their private use only and cannot use the artwork to gain any kind of currency, unless the agreement for commercial use is made
- i am allowed to use your commission for portfolios and non-profit purposes. I have all rights to my artwork
- you may ask me not to post on social media, when you order the commission. although I still can post on my portfolio
4. QUEUE SLOTS AND WORK IN PROCESS
- commission queue and status can be checked on my to-do list
- you may ask for wips/status of your commission once a week only, as i don't draw daily
- I will send you wip/s durring the commission process, I will continue my work once they got approved by you
- changes during the wip phase will not be charged, afterward change request will cost $5-10. mistake from my side will not be charged
- I will not completely redoing a commission from scratch, such as completely changing poses/outfit, after the sketch is approved
- commissions can vary from within a few days to 3 months. This applies to when I start your commission, not when you paid for the commission or when you are added to the queue
- you may ask for a deadline, i will only accept it if i am confident to finish it in your given time. if i accept and can't finish them due to private reasons, you will be notified
- rush deadline will cost 20-60% of the commission

PREMADE AND DESIGN TERM

- no hold for premades - if someone else claim the premade after you and you haven't reply to my msg or pay my invoice within 24h, premade will be reopen.
- do not copy, reference, trace my art and designs
- do not use my design if you haven't paid for it

4. RESELL / TRADE / GIFT
- you may resell/trade/gift premades for what you have paid for without notifying me, but you must let the new owner know of my terms before transfering the ownership - it isn't my responsibility to remind you
- when reselling/trading/gifting you may no longer use the premade or its artwork, only the current owner may use them
5. PREMADE FILES
- premades have top and bottom watermark - you can choose one place to add your username, I will add my on the opposite
- do not edit the premade in any kind of form (recolor/crop/transform/etc.)
- for static premade you will receive 160x220 jpg file - for animated one you will receive 160x220 gif file
- no change request for the files after the payment
6. CUSTOM PREMADES
- premades terms and commission term of service applies here
