-SCP-3145 is an incorporeal humanoid entity that has lost all sense of self through anomalous means. In order to heal it's broken mental state, 3145 is given other SCP documents, in which it can insert itself and take on the role of the SCP being documented.

-At some point in the course of its life, SCP-3145 had powers similar to SCP-590, allowing it to physically give away pieces of itself to the less-fortunate, within the fictional universes it travelled. It gave up his skin to a child born with a debilitating disease, and it gave up his personality and mind to people suffering fractures in theirs. Many would perceive it as a martyr. Eventually it had nothing left, physically or mentally. The only way it could exist, was to implant itself upon characters that had what it didn't.

-For some inexplicable reason, SCP-3145 is capable of playing the ukulele. Though due to it's condition affecting its memory, it could not explain how to play the instrument, and is not able to read sheet music. SCP-3145's memory of its ability ceases to exist when not holding the instrument.

-SCP-3145 is in a permanent state of dissociative fugue, which can also anomalously affect anyone to tries to describe it. It also displays symptoms of autism and dissociative identity disorder.

-Fugue: 3145 is listed as having a unique disorder with amnesia regarding its origins and identity, which is the definition of dissociative fugue. This state is what lures it into narratives, to give it a purpose and identity when it has none. Real people who have episodes of fugue are also known to wander away from their current life and change everything about their identity.
-Autism: 3145 has a hard time interacting with personnel, being said to “feign muteness” when it doesn’t want to talk, which could easily just be selective mutism. 3145’s preference for shorter narratives may also be connected to a lack of attention span.
-DID: 3145 has one alter named “Falzon”, with complete amnesia/blackouts between switches. When 3145 is in a narrative or article, Falzon will appear as an interviewer or researcher from the foundation. Because of its permanent state of anomalous fugue, 3145 is unable to remember anything about Falzon when not inserting itself into a narrative. Falzon is a type of alter known as a “persecutor”, which unfortunately harms the host’s mental state while trying to protect or improve the host’s life. Falzon disapproves of 3145’s violent actions when within a narrative (it behaves that way to cope/have control), and eventually becomes verbally abusive towards 3145 in order to bring it back to its senses.
