Made horribly ill by poisoned tap water, Shepherd now wanders aimlessly. An oily brown sludge leaks constantly from his eyes, nose, and mouth. He hardly sleeps, and is always exhausted and irritable.
Character notes: Heavily inspired by Now You Are One Of Us and PT. Sludge can be drawn either dripping or dried around his nose, mouth, eyes. His hair blends into his mane, which blends into his tail. His fur is scruffy and long in places, but he is also noticably skinny and frail.
