-you can give personality, gender, sexuality, accessories, change design(slightly or drastical), co-own, turn them into an already existing closed specie (transforming the character into a chimereon, scarfox, etc.) make merch, make a fursuit, etc.

-you can edit my art to add extra accessories, add extra palettes or change colors, while asking its not neccessary, doing so its really appreciated and welcome.

-you can resell, trade or gift my designs, please make sure you dont resell them for more than you bought UNLESS the design has extra art (commissioned or not)

-extra note for gifted design, while they can be traded or sold, its not fair to sell it when the design doesnt have any art added and it can be sort of scam for the new owner, digital currencies (for ex. species currencies, game currencies, etc) does not add real worth to the design

-please credit me and dont take the design as your own creation.

extra note: if the designs is credited with my da username ill kindly ask everyone to update it so it has the credit to my th! if the design by accident has someone else as creator ill ask for proper credit myself, via "are you the creator of this design" option, if said request its cancelled ill ask the person myself, if refuse to give credit youll be temporally blacklisted 

-do not stole my designs, this will fall into a permanent blacklist and beware.

extra note: if i found you stealing or scamming people with stolen design of mine, ill kindly ask you to stop and take everything down, if collaboration fails to happen it will become a perma ban + callout/beware

extra:

-I don't mind if you take slightly inspiration from my designs to make yours, as I said, slightly inspirations, this doesnt meant that you cant choose the same theme/topic of an adopt I create (you can totally do that), but always make sure your design is different from the adopt to avoid any future problems or confusions (not with me, but any issues with the owners of these designs).

-im ok with color picking as long you make something totally different with it, I dont own colors or palettes.

-whatever you do with the design is nothing of my business anymore, the design is totally yours and i have no power.

-if you get blacklisted and you own a design of mine you can keep em but please do not try on getting my newest designs or ask a person to get them for you, in resume you can keep the old design you have got from me but dont interact with my newest designs thanks you. 

-Regarding nsfw, I do not care nor mind you make art nsfw of designs you obtained from me, this only applies for anthro/humanoid designs, if I ever find out you made nsfw of a feral design of mine youll be PERMANENTLY blacklisted (I'm not ok with feral nsfw at all/srs) 

(on an extra note, if by any chance you turn the feral design into an humanoid/anthro design then this does not apply)
