Although he takes his requests with utmost care and precision, coming off as a cruel, cold-hearted outlaw-- Rolynn in actuality finds no enjoyment at all in the work it does. His job is filled with some of the most disgusting customers, requests and work that it's ever had the displeasure of committing to, and it's only been getting worse with all the outrageous rumors and big publicization of its status as a inhumane fugitive. He's not a genuinely evil person at heart, in fact it wishes to do anything other than his current job, but it's the only thing he can do in the harsh society he lives in.
