Personality
Altair is very secretive and prefer to keep it this way. He's always had a strong distate for the city law and has been fighting to overrun the royalty for years; Causing him to be labeled an enemy of the throne.
When talking he tend to keep a joycful and humouristic tone, even when talking about serious topics. He's not one for empathy; He has no problem sacrificing others to reach his goal that he believe will better the state of the city. He's strongwilled and have a very clear vision of what he wants from life.

Summary
Altair is a mutt. Born from an ice and fire dragon, the elements canceled out each other and he's left with none, making him into an outcast since early childhood despite doing his best to fit in. Over the years the spite from being looked down upon simply for having no element, made him grow angry toward the Queen and the way the city's system is build. He swore to himself he would better the world.
Unable to find work, he became a street thief in his early adulthood, stealing food to scrape by. Over time he joined together with other outcasts to provide protection through a connected system. This is what would later become his group of rebels that work toward bringing down the Queen.
During his life on the street he's participated in many fights, earning him a variety of scars. Among the dragons he's fought, guards and other homeless street-thiefs are the majority.
Trivia
- His name was based off Altair from the Assassin's Creed franchise because of the scar over his mouth. However, this is the only similarity between the characters.
- It's very unusual for mutts to be born in Agdran, making Altair one of the few that exsist. They are often abadoned by their parents if they're born without elements as they won't have any chance to get a higherpaying job.
