{ Art Notes }
(Gift art is more than welcome!)
Esk are spirits/ghosts and have no mouth nor eyelids. They are completely non-corporeal. (Delilah doesn't have nostrils either!)
For commissioned artists: I love to see all the different interpretations of her and want you to draw in whatever style is most comfortable for you! But if you should be unsure about some details, here are some of my favorite interpretations of her traits:
Face
Long snout, slightly upturned, squinting eyes, mane starts at back of head.
(For chibis, straight or downward sloping snout is cute too)
Markings
Her nose and chest spots are clear shapes, but can be drawn with a fuzzy edge. Everything else is a soft gradient. Legs are the darkest, belly is a bit darker than mane and back.
Grey or off-white (blueish/purple) body color are both good. Eye and chest spots shouldn't be too saturated unless it fits the style.
Nature Feature
Three free-floating flowers, several waterlily leaves - the more and bigger, the better! Flowers are usually completely white with yellow center, but can be drawn with pink tips.
Wet Hair
It's more than fine drawing her wavy all the way, but I'd love to see more of her having wet and droopy hair outside the water.
Feet
Ducklike flat webbed toes! Can you imagine the pitter patter noise?
Gasppppp thank youuu
