High Lady Ladrilye Tathviel

Ladrilye is a 251 year old elven woman and the current ruling monarch of Valoria, a southern kingdom of Serath. She is intelligent and confident, but is bored very easily. She is good at defusing tensions, making her perfectly suited for a neutral role in Serath's ruling council. Any adventurers who meet with the High Lady who need a reason to go to Sandgate will be given a task to bring items there, namely a previous crossbow to a dear friend.
