is the local "oddball"... scientist one day wanted to test how music would effect a fish brain, and foshy was the test subject, one of the scientist brought the wrong song, but it still effected foshy, and the results where....odd

after this... experiment, foshy is being tested on, on the daily, they live in a fish bowl like home created by the scientist, where he watches memes and listens to dumb (and even annoying) music that people cant stand, but they enjoy it anyways!
