Normally laid back, but kinda smug personality. Gets embarrassed easily. Trained assassin but his primary job is being a spy for his country's leaders. He's an astronomer, the cover job for being a spy/assassin. His hands get cold really easily so he wears the paws- which makes hard to do anything, including use his gun, but he manages, and it makes him good with his hands when not wearing the paws

He comes from a wealthy family and lineage of assassins, his family is close with the country's leaders as they've worked with them for so long.
