A little magician who lives in an icy town and went to a magic school. He graduated and went on to become a full Mage, practicing his summoning skills. His hat is imbued with the daytime sky, and so is his wand which can transform into a slim hammer or gavel In the form of a mochi mallet, and doubles as a sort of broomstick if you’re in to the old fashioned way of traveling. As all graduates from the school, he owns a special snow globe.
He can summon eight different types of slime-level familiars, but Taro (Shade) is his favorite.
