Design Terms of Use
I have no T.o.s. at the moment but I'll list a few rules:
Please don't delete the Character from Toyhouse.
Don't remove me as their Creator.
You can redesign them, if you do that you can list yourself as a designer.
You can only sell the character if you've added art to them. They can be traded or gifted though.

1. Do not delete this character from Toyhouse.
2. Please don’t remove me as the creator of the design.
3. Do not sell the character for more that what you purchased them for. Unless art has been added to said character increasing the value.
4. Raffle/Giveaway Adopts have no value [0$] until more art is added to them Increasing their value. (Same with freebie or gift adopts)
5. If selling offsite, please let me know. I could take back the character to keep their ownership log up to date if changes happen.
6. If for some reason you are leaving the site and don’t want my design anymore you are more than welcome to return said design to me.
7. If you private a character please give me authorization to see said character. Failing to do so will result in a soft ban in obtaining adopts/characters from me. [once authorized is given you will be taken off from that list. And Soft ban will be lifted]
8. If /When selling adopt, please refrain from selling adopts to people in my Blacklist/SoftBanlist.
