By commissioning me/adopting from me, you agree to those terms
I can do:
-mascot, feral, human, anthro, monster, creature...
-gore and candy gore
I will not do:
-mechas, complex weapons
-fetishes
-sexualised characters and nudity (I can do "kinky" accessories like harnesses)
-any art meant to hurt or offend
General
-do not take credit for my work
-do not redraw over or edit my work
-I have the right to refuse a commission
Process
-I will send the sketch and ask you to confirm the look/pose. When approved, i'll send updates on different stages of the drawing depending on the complexity/charadesign (a chibi or simple oc will have no or less updates that a complex design or illustration for ex). Please don't feel bad for asking me to fix/change something, I send updades specially for that purpose. Those updates are a way to set the progress in stones, as most of the time I will be unable to change something that got approved earlier.
-You can notify me if I did a mistake in the design while drawing the character.
-I have the right to refuse unprompted time restraints if we didn't agree about it before paying, especially for complex drawings like a shaded fullbody, or illustration. If you need the art done before a certain time, say it in advance.
Payment
-paypal only, in euros/€
-all payments are upfront
-I'll start the commission after the full payment is received
-I can do full refund if the drawing is not started. If the sketch is done and sent, the refund will be half the price. If the drawing is at the coloring stage or more, no refund will be made.
-If you want a refund, notice me! Do not request a refund from paypal without messaging me first.
-if the drawing is started, you trading or redesigning the commissioned character is not a suitable cause for a full refund.
-commissions can take time, from a week to months depending on my availability.
-If commissioning a complex character, the price may rise depending on the complexity.
Customs info
-you are allowed to gift, trade and resale the design at any price. I'm not encouraging co-owning. You will take full responsability of you get any problems linked to co-owning.
-the design is personal uses only, not for commercial use.
-I can do fan characters if I know enough of the franchise (Pokemon (trainers only, no pokemon/pokemon fusion), Toilet-bound Hanako-kun, Sk8, Genshin Impact, My Hero Accademia, Promare)
-You can point out that you like certain examples listed, for an accessory, a pattern, a color, a style...this does not mean I will replicate it, only take inspiration.
-moodboards/color palettes are appreciated, especially if you have a precise idea in head.
-you can redesign a character, change clothes, gender, anything as long as you don't redraw on my art. You have the right to come to me for edits no matter how old the oc is (if i still have the file that is), small edits are free.
-Even after you redesigned the character, I ask of you to still give the original art to the new owner.
-I can also do redesigns on other people's design. Tho if you come to me for that, I will assume the original designer is ok with it and I will not personally verify, following their T.O.S falls on your responsability.
