BIOGRAPHY

Neex is a very nervous dragon. Which doesn't go well with being a potion maker, but it's cool it's cool. He really loves being all mysterious and epic with neat concoctions. Even though he cracks up at juvenile jokes, squeals and hugs fluffy animals, and hides from thunderstorms... definitely cool and mysterious Neex. He's super old but a heckin young soul. Anyone who visits him for items are always greeted warmheartedly with badly-baked cookies (no one tells him) and poofs of magical smoke in the face.

Oh... speaking of items, he sells tons of weird items with his potions. NO ONE KNOWS WHERE HE GETS SUCH RARE AND OTHERWORDLY ITEMS but they must have them. Maybe they are otherwordly... he jokes about other universes...

Overall, 10/10 good guy. Would hang out with to cheer up.

Design

This guy is an imperial dragon. Softer and more mammal features are incorperated like his insane mane (he's like 70% mane) and a feline-like nose. The striped ears droop, but can perk up when he's excited! His base design is fairly simple double horns, no wings, mane, and just layers of different brightness of colors for his body. His coat is not optional though, sorry artists! It's a long cape-ish coat with slightly poofy sleeves, and a "frilled" neck I guess I should say. The inside is the holographic grid print that sticks out at the bottom as a second layer. His necklace/scarf is just multiple layers of printed fabric, a studded collar, and a necklace with a dvd bouncy screen charm and a gemstone!
