Modoru Hatsu

Name: Modoru Hatsu.

Quirk: Restore.

Hatsu, is a 17 year old teenage girl who has a rare type of quirk called 'Restore'. Anything Hatsu touches, from living beings and objects will de-age and expires. 

Hatsu is from a family of 3, which is her little sister and parents. Hatsu ran away from her home to escape bringing dread trouble to her family, and live below a street bridge.

One day, Hatsu met a lady who is her future Mother figure called 'Akuma'. Since then, Hatsu has been in good care controling her powers, in Akuma's hands.

Hatsu lives in Akuma's dimension, she couldn't go back to earth as for insecurities and preventation of rumours. Until, Akuma was called by her old friend Eraser Head or as we know, Aizawa to come to UA.

Turns out, Akuma had accidentaly stated the existance of Hatsu's quirk and therefore, Aizawa asked for a favour to bring Hatsu to earth. Hatsu was excited, cannot wait to see another being like her existed despite the rareness.

Hatsu then was sent to stay at UA together with Akuma to met Eri and teaches Eri to study her quirk.

Quirk information:

Hatsu's quirk is similar yet different than Eri's, Hatsu's quirk works the opposite yet dangerious same with the Rewind quirk. The restore quirk brings too much energy to the object and living beings that it would possibly ended 10× as painful and extreme than Eri's.

The restore quirk can be stopped at cirtain times, thoughra it can go overboard which the reason why Hatsu always carries out random cardboard cutouts to touch and not let her powers destroying any other things she touched.

Hatsu could control her quirks from vein to vein, from her hands, legs, eyes, etc. Minus side effect, is that she could make people's quirk stronger just like the injections. Both Eri and Hatsu was deffinitely the whole balance and been searched far and wide to be found.
