Tokkori Global Rules

There are just 6 short rules for my adopts. Please read them carefully. Breaking them may result in you being added to a blacklist and warning future potential buyers about it.
Feel free to contact Tokkori if you want to discuss any of the clauses.
Credits, terms of use:
- Do not claim the original concept and piece of art as your own. Credits to Tokkori are not mandatory but appreciated.
- Do not trace, copy or plagiarize the concept. Rip-offs, deleting and/or duplicating their TH profile (e.g. making a twin, sharing with other TH user) is not allowed without an appraisal.
- Not available for commercial use without an appraisal. Commissions and merch for personal use are ok. Mass-producing and reselling merch, webcomics, videogames... are not without previous notice. I am actually quite open to discuss options, I just need to be notified beforehand!
- Small design and color palette changes are perfectly fine! If possible, keep the original concept recognizable to a degree.
Reselling, trading, gifting:
- Depending on the original value, rules apply as follows:
- If the original value was a trade: you may gift and retrade it for characters/art. Do not sell them for any currency unless they have two or more extra pieces of art, rough sketches and gifts/raffle art excluded. To increase the value, commissioned art or +2 pieces should be added AFTER every trade.
EX: Design of 10$ can be sold for 15$ with +2 artpieces, then resold for 20$ if added more art. - If the original value was a currency or a mixed offer: you may gift, trade, or resell them, either for the full amount or for mixed offers. If bought with AC, you can NOT resell them for real money unless at least two pieces of art after every transaction are added, rough sketches and gifts/raffle art excluded.
EX: Design of 10$ can be traded for 5$ + extras, never 10$ + extras.
- If the original value was a trade: you may gift and retrade it for characters/art. Do not sell them for any currency unless they have two or more extra pieces of art, rough sketches and gifts/raffle art excluded. To increase the value, commissioned art or +2 pieces should be added AFTER every trade.
- For the latter, if retraded to you, you can still resell them for their original currency. But again, no higher than the full amount. If gifted, you can not sell them for any currency without an appraisal.
- Selling a design for a higher price while not meeting these requirement will not increase its value. They are not for profiting purposes. If you really want or need to raise the price nevertheless, you need an appraisal first.
- Do not sell, trade or gift the design to users with no Toyhouse account without Tokkori's permission.
