First thing that came to my mind was that they could be a bit of a narcissist, and could try using the potions they create as a way to earn favors, attention or even money! Like gifting a potion to someone but then using emotional manipulation to get something back, like "I even gave you a piece of my own energy as a gift! I thought so highly from you to do this, it is rare for me to like and trust someone soooo much that I feel the need to gift them one of my potions! Of course you also like me this much, right??" or other phrases like that haha

Other idea could be to have them be a bit of a "short menace" kind of character? One who looks cute and harmless, but is a complete prankster queen ready to do all kinds of practical jokes on everyone? They could even be rather malicious, "pranking" the people they dislike and laughing at the nuisance and annoyance they caused?

If you do not see them as an emotional manipulative narcissist or a gremlin though, other idea could be that they really like the idea of dressing and presenting themself as someone "creepy cute", "witchy" and the like, but they have a pretty strong temper they sometimes struggle to keep check of? This could tie with your idea of them showing a sweet front to hide their anger, as if they are forcing a cutesy image to try and not break the façade?

As for general objectives and goals in life, here are some silly and some serious ideas - I find it fun to come up with ideas of small and silly things that a character may take very seriously haha
- Earn thousands of followers on social media, where they post many aesthetic photos of their potions in all sorts of environments and scenarios;
- Become a model for a goth/metal lolita clothes brand, and appear in the covers of magazines;
- Write their own grimoire with all sorts of magical spells, potion recipes and powerful symbols - it does not matter if they are real and work properly or not though;
- Write lyrics and/or compose songs for a band/singer (bonus points if their genre is metal or any of its variants);
- Raise some kind of alien caterpillars to produce their own silk, and with it create fabrics for their own clothes - gotta do everything themself for increased quality!
