A fullscreen star-themed HTML for user profiles. It's a sort faux css-ish thing?? Hopefully there are enough buttons to get where people want! (The down arrow thing toggles some buttons.)
This code should be used for user profiles, and using for characters might get confusing because there's no sidebar. It uses custom colors, but there's not really that many colors haha.
