She's polite and sweet as sugar; brought down by not a hidden agenda nor sadistic side but a twisted view of wanting to be loved.

Despite her odd view and yearning to be loved, she's a perfectly doting mother. Maybe a bit old fashioned but she loves her child dearly and wants him to be the best him he can be.

She isn't the first "Dolly", so to speak - she's just the newest actor that dons that name, after the prior actor for "Dolly" retired.
