Fen is an oracle - generally a soft boy, who spends an innordinate amount of time spewing out black smoke.
He is very interested in the arcane, and constantly trying to find an explanation for his 'condition'.
When delivering a prophecy, a silver, glowing third eye appears on his forehead, and on the back of each hand.
He loves accessories, including earrings and tattoos, but has no body mods because he's afraid of needles. He wears oversized clothes, usually simple tshirts and sweaters in monochrome colours. Often wears makeup/nailpolish, since he finds the process of putting such things on very soothing.
Prone to bouts of mania and derealisation, and tends to exhibit derma/trichto symptoms during these times.
