Hibiya is the son of the Pro-Hero "Vibro" he was one of two son's, but the only one born with a quirk. He was kind and generous in his childhood, and aspired to be a great hero. He went to UA's Hero course but dropped out during his second year due to him seeing the corrupt side to the hero business. He decided that he wouldn't be helping enough people and he'd just end up falling into an "ego-pit" and so he decided he would turn to villany to highlight the corrupt heroes and make them known to the world.

He is a handler, protector or employer of sorts, he offers gangs and groups of villains money/equipment and protection in return for a profit depending on how long they will need his assistance, and what they need done. Over the many years of his business he has built a large empire, he is well trusted by numerous villain organisations around the world and is well protected due to his worth so he doesn't really need to think about threats or enemies.

Background
He has a hatred for his brother and his brother's wife due to them stealing his child when she was born. Originally, Hibiki was the one who was with his brother's now wife, the two had a child together but sadly it was all planned out that the quirkless brother and quirkless wife would take the child as their own to use for her quirk, effectively using Hibiki as a "doner" of sorts, after he realised what had happened his brother and "wife" turned him into the police for trying to steal their child and for his villainy, he went to jail and wasn't released for 16 years.
He wishes to see and hold/touch his child as she was taken away from him before he could even see or hold her. He watches her on the TV in prison constantly, as she is a popular student in UA. The brother and his wife visit the prison to taunt and tease him. The two had hurt and experimented on his daughter for 10 of the 16 years of her life but she was taken in by her grandfather after the ordeal. Hibiki hates it when she is regarded as his niece and can't bring himself to forgive his father for not believing him.
He doesn't use his quirk very often for battle, as he is a business based villain and violence is a last resort, but, he is highly feared for his highly brutal and versatile quirk, being able to throw and take on powerful blows with ease and having the ability to use echo-location, sound manipulation and many other things that are in his arsenal. While running from a robbery, Hibiki was confronted by All might, he was able to successfully deflect All might's Detroit Smash with minor drawbacks and was able to get a hit in himself before he was able to swiftly slip away. - Kokujo experimented on him (He was partially willing) and she was able to unlock 100% of his physical capabilities naturally.
- THe seemingly went insane during his 16 year imprisonment due to Kokujo and his brother taunting him about his daughter.

Orochimaru (Father)
Junko, when she was young, looked up to her father and wished to meet him (as she had never met him since Danzou had her memory wiped) she tried to learn as much as she could about him, she knew he did bad things but still idolised his talent and strength and wished to be better than him. Now she still holds great admiration and respect for her father, she is comfortable around him and respects his decisions providing he doesn't try to force her to think his way.
When Her father "Died" she was devastated and went through a long and dangerous depression and rage. In her anger she destroyed the village hidden in Smoke (The same village her team-mates where killed by during a small war) and went to kill Sasuke, nearly succeeding. She has always held her father with high regard and respected him even thought she knows the things he's done. He's the only family she had.
Ryūmaru (Grand-Father)
When she first truly met him she thought he was her father (She'd met him after her father had died) When she discovered who he was and how long he'd been in her life without her knowing, she was shocked but happy she was never truly alone. She respects her Grand-father as he is her elder and as the Father of her Father. The two are extremely similar which brings her closer to him. But at the same time, despite her reputation for being frightening, she will step down when spoken to by her grand-father, as there aren't many more frightening than him.
Tatsuya (Procreator/Ancestor)
When Junko first met him she was both unsettled and comforted by the strange man, he seemed to know so much which frightened her in a way. But after her time in root Tatsuya knew she wasn't in too much danger, and so he became a bit...lazy. Now if someone asked what Junko thought of the sage she'd probably tell them that he is a pain. She accepts that he tries to stay out of her more trifling life events so she can shape herself so deep down she is grateful that he has just been there for company and nothing more. She loves him like a best-friend or even a father figure. When he is angered she stays away from him. She knows what the old Otsutsuki is capable of.
