-They may only be regifted unless you've added new art to them.

Don't claim credit for a design

-If you redesign though, feel free to add yourself as a designer 

-never remove the creator or designer credits.

DON'T delete my art/designs on toyhou.se!

-If possible keep the art/design visible or authorized where i can still view it.

-If you feel more comfortable with your oc on private, please notify me so that i don't assume they were deleted.

Don't void a closed/open species adopt

-Au versions are fine but do not remove them completely from the species

All designs are personal use only!

-Commercial use can be discussed with a legal contract and price adjustment

-My work will NEVER be sold as an NFT.

NEVER put my art/designs into an ai program/app/editor/etc. 

if you don't want a design anymore, feel free to contact me! I may be interested in buying them back from you.

Anyone who doesn't follow these rules will be blacklisted (excluding simple misunderstandings or other easily resolved problems). If the problem can be corrected, I may insist that it be done. If you don't comply, I may take further actions.
