She was born intersex and raised as male by her parents. She came out as female at 14 years, got all the support from her parents and younger sibling (Azule), but not from her older sister (Andrea), so she was very close to Azule. At 16 years she ran away from home to become a pirate, and she kept sending letter to Azule every month. She was a great pirate and soon got the reputation of being lucky, being called the Fairy Godmother. After a fuck up where her old captain decided to go in an adventure after Abbie said it was a bad idea and Annie, Abbie's girlfriend at the time, died, Abbie decided to leave the crew. In no time she got her own crew and everyone wanted to be on her crew or receive her blessing; She was very close to everyone on her crew, all females. Specially the ones she dated, like Juju. It was Abbie's time to fuck up and one of her crewmates (one who had two kids to take care of) died because of her. That was the same fuck up that gave her all her scars. Abbie couldn't bear the guilty and ran away, abandoning her crew. After some time alone and new letters from Azule, Abbie decided to go back home and help her sick sibling. Every month she sent a heavy amount of money to the orphaned kids of her former crewmate. She passed the next years taking care of Azule, Zack (Azule's kid), and eventually Andy (Zack's adopted sister), and avoiding Andrea. When Azule died and Zack and Andy moved to another city, Abbie soon decided to move to the same city as them. In her first day in the new city, Abbie met Hibbie and fell in love with the young girl. After some drama about her niece Mari also having a crush on Hibbie, Hibbie and Abbie ended up together. Hibbie and Abbie adopted a young kid called Snow, as well as a young kitten called Rose. Juju appeared one day out of nowhere with two kids, kids' from that crewmate Abbie allowed to die. However, Juju never told the kids about how their mother died, and Abbie has no clue how to act around Juju and the kids. Abbie still feels very guilty over everything, even with Juju saying how no one thinks she is guilty for what happened. Abbie slowly is trying to approach Juju and the kids, so she can tell her story
