Pine is a Kit Fox who lives in the woods near a small town. He has a bad reputation in town because he is a frequent shoplifter and steals everything he needs from the local walmart. He doesn't believe in money or capitalism. He prefers staying in the forest and keeping to himself. He plays games on his switch, writes his own songs, and listens to music all night. When you get to know him he is actually a pretty nice guy - he just struggles to trust people and tends to push them away.
There are so many untrue rumours about him in town that nobody tries to bother him - they're all scared of him. He is nocturnal so he never has to deal with the townsfolk - but he is friendly with the night-shift manager at the local 7-11, who gives him free slurpee's and lets him charge his switch. He likes to throw parties every now and then, to try and make friends. The local college students are always down for a party in the woods - half of them are scared of Pine but they still show up.
Design
Pine is an anthro Kit Fox. He's 5'8 and has an average body type - a bit on the stronger side but not buff. His pale yellow eyes glow. He has Lighter brown fur on most of his body but his head, neck, paws, and stomach are a darker shade. His tail is red with a blue stripe. He has freckles on his cheeks and snout. His nose, paw pads, and inner ears are all pink with pale yellow patches.
Design Notes
- Clothes are optional, and any clothes are fine.
- Though usually he wears an anarchy shirt and a pair of jeans or sweats.
History
Trigger warning for violence, accidental m*rder, and fire!! When Pine was young he lived with his older brother (Alder) and his mom (June). He never knew his dad. His mom and brother fought all the time. One day - when Pine was 12 - Alder and June got into a fight worse than usual. Things got physical, and after a series of events Alder ended up being killed by June. June became distraught and maniacal after the accidental death. In her torn state of mind she ended up setting fire to the house. Pine ran away and only found out through newspaper scraps that June did not survive the fire. He was essentially shunned from the town as rumours spread claiming he started the fire. He made a home out of the woods he played in as a child.
