guitarist / vocalist for some washed up band full of 30-something-year-olds idols called "rough darling"

traits: abrasive, loud, vain, the eye-catcher of the group straining for attention

_{in actuality... sang lives up to the rambunctious part but often forgets his assigned responsibility to flirt and be doting in his fan-service. he'd rather pick his teeth and wait for things to come to him. despite this lackadaisical approach, she knows how important this band is to maul, her sibling whose past shared history haunts sang still. sang picks fights with maul in a strange attempt to reconnect.}

• maul: older sibling, formerly separated but now rebuilding ties
  • "he pisses me off, trying to worm his way back into my life. what's gotten into him? it makes me want to run him around and beat the shit out of him!"
• melt: unfamiliar, introduced through maul
  • "ah, host is the leader of our band, so i guess i'm his little henchman. he's friends with my sister, but i honestly don't know how he could stand maul's dumb ass."
• scend: friends out of chance, they both frequent the beach
  • "scend's the best! she never ignores me or gives me the stink-eye whenever we're brainstorming for the band! she's really smart too, always quick on her feet whenever i get fucked up at the beach."
