General Terms of Service

  • HTML customs only. I do not have access to Premium and will only be able to work with world CSS that are also free to use, but I will try my best to avoid CSS incompatible outcomes!.
  • I have the right to refuse a commission if I haven't started yet.
  • I will evaluate the work needed for every form in the order they come in and start on them in accordance to my own availability, so thank you in advance for your patience ;v;`
  • I take payment in art and DeviantArt points at 1USD = 100pts. Character designs only as add-ons, if you care to consider. See details below.
  • Depending on complexity, I may take anywhere between 2 days to 2 weeks, or longer if the communication is sporadic. I can work with a deadline within reasons.
  • After a code is finished, you will receive a DM with an access key. At this point, you can choose to release it:
    • for yourself: only you will be able to access the code
    • privately: you and your few chosen may have access (a list of names or name of the exclusive group/TH world/etc. must be provided to me or be readily accessible)
    • publically: it will be a F2U like all my other codes
  • For a private custom, I reserve the right to showcase a static screenshot of the finished custom. If you and/or your character would like to remain anonymous, please let me know!
  • Please remove my layout on a character's profile upon ownership change.

Note that my regular Rules and Guidelines apply to all my customs as well !

Payment Info (for now)

  • I will have to evaluate your form and account for all the layout elements, details, etc. before giving a quote. The information below are for your reference as to how I may set things up.
  • [ ART ]
    • ... For fun, let's do it like contingency levels © Arknights (also like a crude scoring system for ArtFight/ARPGs).
    • You'll be given a LVL estimate upon quote evaluation. Mix-and-match to fill.
      • - I will raise or lower the level accordingly depending on the complexity of your purchase.
      • - note that BONUS may not be attempted without reaching LVL4 first.
      • - please state clearly what you'll be most comfortable or confident drawing.
      • - as an example: = Halfbody shaded sketch with simple/vignette background, polished = 1+2+2+2+1 = LVL8.
    • Just to stress the point, you are expected to meet the degree of completion you chose for yourself and show effort. I understand that the quality will vary depending on your current skill level, and that is perfectly okay.
    • You are also responsible for specifying when you will show me a WIP and the estimated time of completion yourself, and I will hold you accountable. Please communicate with me early for an extension if you cannot make your deadline! I will not be able to complete the code if you don't > <

LVL. I

LVL. II

LVL. III

  • [ DEVIANTART POINTS ]
    • The convertion rate I'm using is USD$1 = 100 pts.
    • I would like 100% upfront if it is $15/1500 pts and below. If you have difficulties paying for a higher price, I will accept 50% upfront / 50% upon completion.
  • Mixed payment accepted with some considerations.

Pricing Guide

Simple ~ $7 / LVL5

Little to no tabs/collapses/carousels, not a lot of infromation. Code edits are typically around this price as well.

Intermediate ~ $15 / LVL8

Moderate amount of information (ie. character layout: typically has basic stats, personality, history, relations).

Heavy ~ $35+ / LVL12+

Extensive information, multiple elements and interactable content, decorative.

Extra Elements

Data-toggle (tabs, carousel slides, collapsible), stacking of such data-toggles, margin overlaps, custom colors, decors, etc... considered case by case.

Making a purchase

The process of ordering is as follows.

  • Fill out the Google Form. A visual mock-up of your layout is required but doesn't have to be ready. You are given 3 days after you submit the form or until the form closes to DM me the details, so please do not wait as I'm likely to close the test run very soon. Submit the form first, it helps me evaluate the workload and decide whether I can work with a commission or not.
  • I will review the responses and DM you a quote containing LVL requirement/price estimate, and/or timeframe when if I think I can start working on yours.
  • If you will be paying in art, respond to me as soon as possible with the types of subjects you are comfortable/confident drawing, when you will send me a WIP and final estimated time of completion.
    • If I don't hear from you after the quote is sent within 48 hours, I will move on to the next person in consideration.
    • It would be preferrable but you don't have to immediately let me know the exact details of how you will be meet the LVL requirement.

And as always, at any point of time if you encounter an issue, please let me know.

✦✧✦

I will check in with you and show you my progress about 3 times for a regular code or that of a higher difficulty.

  • 1st: having the "skeleton" and desktop vs. mobile organization down.
  • 2st: half-way done.
  • 3rd: finishing touches.

I will make adjustments according to your feedbacks during this time and up to 3 weeks after the code is released. Afterwards, unless it is a major bug on my end, I will not be doing huge edits of the code.

Thank you very much for your patience and support _(´ཀ`」 ∠)_
