Using my content means that you pledge to follow these rules. Breaking any of them will resault in a Content Blacklist depending on severity
General
All Codes and Bases in the Free Use folder are Free to Use
None of my Free to Use items can be used in a commercial setting
You May Not claim any of my Codes/Bases are your own
Codes
All of my codes are Free to be use for personal use (User profile, character profile, etc.), however they are Not Allowed to be used for commercial use (reselling or retrading)
Codes are Free to Edit and Frankenstein (as long as the other coder is fine with it and you properly credit for the original)
Removing the Credit is Optional, keeping it is appreciated as it can direct people to other my codes
You May Not claim the codes as your own or redistribute them, on-site or off-site, in any way, shape or form without my explicit permission
Bases
All of my bases are Free to be use for personal use (character refs, free YCH's, free customs, etc.), however they are Not Allowed to be used for commercial use (reselling or retrading the lines)
The Commercial exeption to the rule above is if you ask and Get Explicit Permission from Me
All bases are Free to Edit
You Must credit me, off-site credit with a direct link to the base is prefered
