Overview
Kei Shindoune is the owner of Sentakuru, a laundromat in a particular corner of a bustling shopping district. Seemingly laid-back and low-key at first glance, Kei turns out to be rather grumpy and envious, only when it comes to the people who love life that seems better than his. He is popular, especially among the shop vendors and housewives, due to his way of talking and his charismatic appearance. He even joins the housewives networks in the shopping district, making him quite updated with the latest news, ranging from important ones into trivial gossipy ones.
As an owner of a smoothly operated laundromat, Kei would prefer to slack around and let his part-time employees doing their jobs. However, he does check the machine regularly, stock the supplies timely, and become the one who handles the management and customers. As hammy, chattery, and open as he can be, he does have a pragmatic and jaded side. He is a bit reserved as well, particularly when it comes to his past as a prodigy in the entertainment biz.
