Penumbra

Umbreon "mage"; she can use any move an umbreon can, but it is cast like a spell: swift, moonlight, wish, covet curse, helping hand (like guidance from DnD), etc.

design note: she has two cone shaped piercings on either side of her nose, in some refs they're connected by a chain across the bridge. The chain is optional, and all piercings can be swapped out for other styles.

You're welcome to draw her in one of her existing outfits, or design something new! Pinuppy, goth/edgy, and witchy all suit her well. Pinboard for inspiration here
