ABOUT
Oxii!! Silly shark cat that works as a lifeguard at the near beach. Will literally just jump into a lake/body of water if he walks near one, he enjoys splashing into puddles or just laying on the grass outside while it rains. He cares about his little sister (Eeliza) more than anything as he's basically a parent to her

STATS
PERSONALITY
Very social, will talk about random facts he knows about sea creatures he likes, makes a lot of jokes and makes fun of you while talking, he's overprotective of his little sister Eeliza and will rip your head off if you hurt her in any way. He's not careful at all and can't care less about anything, he may accidentally scratch or bite you forgetting he has sharp teeth and claws.
DESIGN NOTES
- Fins under the ears not opt.
- You can draw him either anthro or feral, anthro preferred.
- Stars on tail are random but they get smaller towards the start of the tail.
- You can draw him in any clothes, preferrably sea/beach/fish themed.
TRIVIA
- Pretty good at cooking, or at least, sometimes, still looks up how to cook basic things because he doesn't want to mess things up.
- Gets mad when you call him Fish Oxide and not Oxii
- Doesn't know how to hold forks or knives, he eats with hands, doesn't matter if you try to teach him, he's stuborn

PAST
Oxii had a pretty normal life, he lived with his parents and his little sister Eeliza, they regularly went to the beach and often went sailing on a boat. One day, his parents went on the boat without him and Eeliza saying that they'll be back soon, it was normal for him as this happened multiple times but no matter how long he waited, they would never come back. Days passed and there would be no food, he'd go catch fish in the sea, harvest berries in bushes and steal eggs from the nearby farm to feed himself and his sister, He basically became her parent, becoming overprotective and not wanting anything to happen to her. When he got older, he was able to get a job as a lifeguard at the beach, he got enough money to not need to kill his poor fish friends.
PRESENT
Now Oxii still works as a lifeguard and still takes care of his sister. He's got some friends that sometimes help him take care of her. I dont have much to write about the present, may add more later.
SISTER
His little sister, cares more than anything about her, he would kill someone if something happens to her.
BEST FRIEND
Oxii's best friend since they were little, He let Oxii and Eeliza stay at his house when they needed food and stuff

Oxii enjoys talking to him about cool sea creatures he knows about, Data listens to it all
