Laid back. Easy going. Dry humor and a goof.
Joel's a pretty calm and collected Scarfox, likes to dabble in music and get lost in thoughts. While he's more silent than others, some claim that being around him makes them calm too, even if they don't speak a lot.
Once Joel warms up to someone though, he'll be far more talkactive and is incredible at really dry humor, delivering lines with a stone cold face.
He has a big drive to simply delve into the things that make him happy and let them lead him, wherever that may be.
Previous Life:
Joel used to live the life of freedom, travelling wherever paths lead him, working mostly as a street musician. His goal in that life always had been to bring music and joy to places that needed it, or that he deemed needed it.
How he died, he doesn't remember, but what he does remember is how much things in life meant to him. How making others feel at home away from home was important to him.
And he wants to keep doing just that.
