Their story is close to the European fables you can read here and there. Once upon a time, there was a lonely kid fascinated with stars and starry skies. They were specially fond of a small star system they could see all year round from their window, thinking they were always together by destiny.
The star system was their comfort. It was so far away, yet it was their confidant, always listening to their cries, secrets, and worries. Whenever the kid was feeling down, it was so far away, yet it was here for them. Always listening, never replying back.
As years passed by, the teen was obsessed with relying on their absent, cold, faraway friend for everything. No close friends, no ambitions, nothing. They were always raising their hand to the sky, just to be all alone. They felt so miserable.
They were always raising their hand to the sky, just to be all alone, until it extended its hand back. And when it raised it again to the faraway sky, it was all cold, and it was deinitely not theirs.
Frilly clothes are just a convenient extra, it definitely has nothing to do with design choices or anything. They live in the modern human world so they usually go for Tumblr aesthetic star-themed outfits or, rather, whatever the original body owner had in their closet. An arrogant starry loser, btw.

I won't be able to finish this design for now. I'm sorry for being so inconsistent and indecisive... Design notes below!
- Sort of grumpy/serious/arrogant? face. Gracile body language.
- Can have stars floating around if you want! (Totally optional)
- The pink-ish spot on their chest is supposed to be a big burn scar?
- Clothing:
- The cape can be closed (meaning just the bust would be visible while the rest of the body would be hidden ig?)
- You can do a golden effect to the stars OR draw them as they are! They can be real or fake stars.
- Feel free to draw them in their casual outfit OR make them wear anything (star-themed clothing) you like! (They kind of have to wear star-themed stuff for some reason)
