[4.] Dr. Cyberspace

Dr. Cyberspace is a cyberpunk type satyr. His outfit and weapons glow in the dark and they can change colors. He mainly prefers to have his outfit and weapons glow the color green though cause he think it makes him look more threatening that way. He is also an electromancer and it's not recommended being around technology when he is spotted.

Dr. Cyberspace enjoys hacking into other people's systems and getting information on personal info. He uses this information to get people to do what he wants them to do so he doesn't have to deal with the heroes himself. Anyone that refuses to do his work, he captures them and locks them up in his lab and uses a system to copy their superpowers and uses it against the heroes. He isn't a friendly person to deal with. Most of the time, the heroes don't have to worry about him because he is known to stay in the locations where technology is a big deal. The heroes don't live in those locations.
