Luminous

Design

Luminous is an anthropomorthic Lynx. His base colour is a pale orange and his longer fur is darker orange! He has light brown fur on his ears, hands, feet, and muzzle. He has lots of glowing pale yellow frekcles on his face, shoulders, hips, pawpads, and feet. He has glowing pale yellow star marks on various parts of his body. His legs have glowing pale yellow spirals on them. His back has glowing horizontal lines up his spine. His tail is light orange with dark orange tips and faint strands of he glowing pale yellow fur.

Design Notes

• Usually has his Staff with him, other than that clothes are optional, have fun! Feel free to incorporate magic in the clothes! But he wouldnt wear anything cheesey - he has taste. No middle school wizard halloween costume vibes Please

History

Luminous was raised by his grandfather, Ilyron, who taught him everything he knows about magick. Ilyron was a wise and gentle man. He was always extremely supportive of Luminous. From the time Luminous was 5 years old the duo would go on walks in the forest together. Ilyron would point out the best plants for healing and warn of the dangerous ones. All the while collecting pinecones to make mulch for their garden. Luminous learned his first spell when he was still a child - animal communication. Ilyron used it on a daily basis so it quickly became second nature to Luminous. They would talk to animals all the time - whether it was to tell the squirrels to stop stealing the birdseed, or to comfort lost animals and help them find their families. Ilyron passed away at the ripe old age of 70, leaving the meadow to Luminous. As heartbreaking as it was, Ilyron had taught Luminous so much that he always felt his presence, even in death.
