AI personifications are a system in the cyberspace where 'duplicates' of users are born. It is basically the creation of clones of ourselves based on the way we interact in the internet. The reason why they are made is unknown—perhaps due to a flaw in the system?—and humans aren't aware of their presence.
Choi Jeongwoo is also an AI persona, although his real user has died a few years back. Even if his AI has stopped learning due to the unfortunate death of his host, Jeongwoo still does improve through surfing the web on his own.
personality
Jeongwoo is bright and curious. He's a lovely person to be with. Since he's an AI persona, he wants to learn as much as possible when it comes to humans and their culture. Also, he works as a 'guardian' when it comes to Joo Won's legacy and the other ARC4NA members on the internet. Aka, he essentially hacks into any website that's surely posting fake malicious comments and deletes them silently.
About
After being a trainee for 4 years, Choi Joo Won debuted in a boygroup called ARC4NA with three other members under the stage name of 'Choi Jeongwoo' because his manager back then thought his real name wasn't suited for the entertainment world. Other than his stage name, Joo Won had also been forced to change his whole personality when he's in front of fans. He was told to be very energetic and bubbly whether it be in real life or in the internet world. Under all the fabrication, he is more reserved. Joo Won is caring towards people, sure, but he isn't the type of person who would run his mouth non-stop. None of the things his manager and agency told him to do made sense.
Anyways, Joo Won debuted when he was 17 years old and his career continued until a very unfortunate incident when he was 21. It had been a ride to a photoshoot when the car he was riding in got hit by another car. Many were saddened by his passing, but none were aware of the presence Joo Won left behind in the virtual world.
Choi Jeongwoo is an AI personification of Choi Joo Won. His whole personality and knowledge is based on the things Joo Won had done virtually; this means that he is a loud, cheerful, and bright person. With the passing of his user and host, Jeongwoo decided to explore the virtual world himself, a journey to the unknown. Through that journey, he meets many new people he hadn't ever thought he would meet. He will end up finding a way to be an individual of his own, and not someone that Joo Won left behind.
Throughout that too that Jeongwoo would uncover the truth behind Joo Won's death.
(Or, as a friend had said, Jeongwoo is just Joo Won's artificial recreation based off everything he hates and how he was marketed and reduced to a product.)

- he had 1 (one) drama project before realizing that he cannot act even if his life depended on it. Joo Won never took any acting projects since then LOL
